2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or on the basis of a statutory permission.

3. Provision of the website / server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider stores technically required data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, operating system, referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). The data is deleted or anonymised after no more than 30 days.

4. Contact & free consultation

If you contact us via the "Start free consultation" form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, company, request) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer required, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. For any transfer to third countries (in particular the USA), we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We only use technically necessary cookies required to operate the website (Art. 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any additional cookies are only set on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time.

Any consent given may be withdrawn with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
